Jim has over thirty years of experience in the insurance and insuretech industries, with a proven track record of success in leading and growing companies. In Jim’s previous role as CEO of bolt Solutions Inc, he grew the company’s revenue and oversaw the transformation of its business model, enabling the company to grow and scale quickly and efficiently. He has extensive experience creating unparalleled business success in the insurance and insuretech space, administering pragmatic and analytical decisions in high-pressure environments. His enthusiasm for embracing cutting-edge technologies and fostering a culture of innovation aligns perfectly with Mission’s transformative and forward-thinking core values

Mark leads the team focused on bridging multiple partnerships within Mission and between external resources to ensure the successful market launch of each unique series and their product offering.  He contributes over 20 years of well-rounded insurance industry experience across the entire spectrum; software provider, carrier, managing general agency, and management consulting. Prior to joining Mission, Mark was the vice president of project management office, corporate shared services with a global insurance carrier.

Arlette has over 17 years of progressive experience in human resources.  Prior to Mission, Arlette spent five (5) years as an Human Resources Business Partner at a PEO managing approximately 100 clients and 10,000 employees.  For twelve years she held progressively responsible roles in the field of Human Resources as an HR Services Manager, HR Account Executive and an HR Consultant. Throughout her career, Arlette has been a leader and a member of a number of professional and community organizations, including the Society for Human Resources Management and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Nicole leads marketing and communication strategy and development for Mission corporate and program members. Nearing 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, her prior roles included positions in underwriting, marketing, and communications for carriers, MGAs, program administrators and insuretechs. Prior to joining Mission, she founded a creative agency focused on aligning brand messaging, content, and copywriting to help companies drive sales through strategic communications.

Nathan joins Mission with 20+ years of insurance experience across actuarial, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, reinsurance, technology, program, and product management functions. Prior to joining Mission, Nathan worked as the program lead for a niche insurance program, growing the business to $140M GWP and almost a million insureds over three years. In the startup space, his experience includes building financial infrastructure, strategy, LTV pricing, and series fundraising. Nathan’s role at Mission is to focus on finance structure and profitability for Mission and all our programs.

Sujatha brings 23+ years of experience leading technology transformation, IT strategy, and delivery execution in the insurance and information services industries. She’s passionate about building technology that supports long-term business goals. At Mission, Sujatha leads the continued evolution of our technology platform, focusing on scalable infrastructure, operational excellence, and solutions that empower underwriters and partners alike. Sujatha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

With over a decade of experience in the insurance technology sector, Kelly specializes in strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Her background in the nonprofit sector strengthened her analytical skills and ability to improve organizational efficiency.

She is passionate about designing systems that streamline operations, enhance client experiences, and support high-performing teams. By combining insight with practical execution, she will strive to deliver solutions that are both effective and sustainable.
